Heather Kranz - Office Manager
I have been at Holt Chiropractic since 2000, and I am here to help you. Please feel free to ask me questions and I will assist you any way I can.
I live in Lansing with my husband, Russ and our two children, Elesa and Darren.
I have been a chiropractic patient for as long as I can remember. I had a few very severe car accidents when I was younger, and my chiropractor at the time helped me heal. When I had the opportunity to work at Holt Chiropractic, I jumped at the opportunity so that I can be part of helping others heal like I did. All of my family get regular adjustments to maintain a healthy spine. If you ever have questions about chiropractic I would love to share my experiences with you. I look forward to meeting you.

Marissa Strazis is a licensed massage therapist and received her certification at Lansing Community College in May 2015. Since a young age she has enjoyed using massage to help people close to her; it wasn't until after she completed her Bachelors of Science in Psychology, did she decide to purse it as a career. Marissa has many interests but one of her passions finding applicable ways of helping others and finds that she is able to provide that through massage therapy. Marissa consults with each client to understand their pains and preferences so she can tailor each massage to best address their needs. She specializes in deep tissue and clinical massage focusing more on the overall structural integrity. She prefers to use tigger point therapy (stress point) to release those specific areas of tension while incorporating long connecting strokes and myofascial release to bring it all together. Marissa brings an awareness of compassion and comfortability and believes in holistic health, wellness and balance in all areas of life. She loves trying new things, spending time outside in nature and hanging with her dogpack of 3.
